Fox Hunting 101

Hunt Party, Date and time TBA

Have you ever wondered about the age old horse equestrian sport of fox hunting?    Started back in the sixteenth century, fox hunting has evolved into more of a "fox chase" where riders can enjoy the beautiful landscape and comradery from atop their horses.  Mary Curran, Jay Stockhausen and Jim McNutt, all members of the North Hills Hunt will spend the evening sharing about what fox hunting is today and how you can participate.  They will answer questions about etiquette, costs and of course the most important "what to wear".  Hunt weekends are filled with riding, fresh outdoor air, great food and building relationships.  For this meeting we will have a mini hunt party with hors d'ouvres while we are educated about fox hunting.
